You'll need to show patience and a positive outlook when you are communicating with residents as a Carer (Flexi-hours). Your activities will vary day-to-day, but they will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

• Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills., Be good at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.


• Be able to produce two professional references that are verified with the organisation.


• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom., We do require that all of our applicants have at least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years or 2 years in the past 5, working in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
