Full Job Description

We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. As this role includes FCA regulated activities, we will ask you to complete an FCA questionnaire as part of our recruitment process. Are you a motivated, experienced automotive Senior Service Advisor looking to work for an established, dynamic motor retailer, and act as a brand ambassador, supporting a fast-paced business by delivering a premium customer experience?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join us. Working within a close-knit team, the successful candidate will take ownership of looking after our customers while their vehicles are with us for servicing or repairs.,

  • Supervising the front of house service team.

  • Has excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • Has experience as an automotive Service Advisor

  • Has a solid understanding of Kerridge

  • Has a good mechanical awareness and understanding of cars and parts

  • Is organised with a keen eye for detail
