Boots Care Services has been supporting the care sector for over 30 years, and as our customers needs are changing, so are we. We are focusing on really understanding our customers' needs to further evolve our Care Services customer offer, to maintain and grow our profitable items.

We have an exciting new opportunity within the Care Services team as a Relationship Manager (L6) to help drive a more efficient, reliable and sustainable Care Services Business. This is a full-time field-based role with some travel required on occasion.

The Care Services Relationship Manager will work alongside our Care Services Business Managers, to track and monitor both customer and competitor insights to support future retention and transformation. The role will be at the heart of the Care Services team reporting into the National Accounts Managers and working closely with internal key stakeholders, across the Healthcare Business Unit and Store Leadership teams.

This role will be accountable for the following on a day to day basis:

· Maintaining an understanding of the social care market, sharing insights and potential areas of focus with the team

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review customer feedback and retain profitable care services items

· Identify feedback which supports further transformation of our customer offer, and collaborate with the wider care services team where sales opportunities arise

· Engage and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive a more sustainable care services business

· A good understanding of care services dispensing operations and care home practices is advantageous

· An ability to understand the care sector and apply these insights to supporting relationships and retention

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams

· Strong negotiation and commercial skills

· Strong IT skills
