Full Job Description

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and administration systems.

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.

  • Coordinate care rotas to ensure adequate coverage, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • Maintain accurate data on call monitoring systems and provide out-of-hours support as per the on-call rota.

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support supervisors and branch management, including the production of management information.

  • Work with the management team to optimize staff rotas and service user calls, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and quality of service.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee and service user experiences.

    We are recruiting on behalf our our client who is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Care Rota Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently organizing and planning care work rotas for a diverse team of part-time and full-time care workers. As the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service while collaborating closely with colleagues and care assistants., Previous experience in an office environment, including proficiency within care planning Systems and general office administration procedures.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proven track record of analysing and improving processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
