Full Job Description
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Assistant (Days or Nights) to support residents within our care home.
- Based at Mais House, Bexhill-on-Sea, you will work within a team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the unit and in delivering person centred care in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and well being.
Educated to NVQ level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care equivalent, or working towards this award. - You should have previous experience of working in a Care Home with a vulnerable client group and proven experience of leading a team and running a shift.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential and an enthusiasm to learn and develop within this role is required.
