Full Job Description
We are supporting our client in their search for a Junior Operations Manager, based in Central London, with a salary on offer of £70,000-£80,000 per year.
In this role, you will be responsible for all the family's private assets as well as being the point of contact for all external suppliers.
Main responsibilities:
Project management during the course of asset construction/development and its subsequent operation
Control of asset construction/development programs
Development of financial plans and budgets for each project alongside the onsite supervisor
Manage budgets and expenditure for projects and assets
Supervise household managers and provide them with support when needed
Manage and plan travel for family support teams
Oversee and recommend staff payroll, compensations and benefits
Implementation of maintenance of regular reporting on projects/assets for the principals
Compliance manuals for property, aviation and yachting sectors
Financial control, management and budgeting of operating assets
Oversee all commercial aspects of the running and maintenance costs on monthly/annual basis
Payment management for all operations
Liaising with Finance, Legal and other divisions and operations of the Family Office
Previous experience as a Captain or Chief Officer with an understanding of day-to-day yacht operations, safety and financial management
Previous experience with scheduling and positioning of aircraft/yachts
Previous property management experience, preferable in or around London
Budget and accountancy understanding
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and leadership skills
Previous experience in the aviation industry is beneficial, but not essential
