Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated and hardworking individual who is conscientious and includes attention to detail at the heart of their work and will have high expectations both from themselves and that of the Campus Services (Soft Services FM) Team, to ensure a 5star customer service and standards are implemented across the service delivery.

You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the Campus Services Team and have past experience of managing large teams in a related work environment. You should be able to successfully collaborate and communicate and be able to engage and influence at all levels internally and externally.

In addition to your technical expertise you will have a thorough working knowledge of related Health and Safety requirements and be able to transfer and implement these skills across the Soft Services functions.
