Campus Service Lead

Sodexo is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Campus Services Lead at the Stevenage Campus. In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind our campus services, ensuring outstanding customer experiences while upholding Sodexo's high standards.

You'll manage and monitor all Sodexo services across campus spaces, constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve to meet our contractual agreements.

Supporting the Senior Operations Manager, you'll provide direction and motivation for operational teams, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Your leadership will drive service excellence and customer satisfaction through effective management and development of your team.

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:

• Commercially skilled with experience in managing large and diverse workforces.


• Thorough knowledge of the FM (Facilities Management) industry


• Extensive experience in customer service


• Possesses recognized Health & Safety qualification.


• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
