Deliver the volunteer programme Be the main point of contact and support for volunteers and relevant staff. Deliver regular co-produced induction training sessions for new volunteers. Plan and run bespoke training and other learning opportunities for volunteers to support them in their roles. Liaise with the SLaM Recovery College and opportunities for volunteers accessing courses. Work with the Volunteer Services Manager to record all information about the project. To use Assemble (bespoke Volunteer Software) to record all data on volunteering. To liaise with the Impact and Evaluation Manager on creating tools for CAMHS Lewisham. To work with the Volunteer Services manager to record data on volunteering now a legal requirement for NHS England. Be responsible for the ongoing management of the volunteers for the programme including resolution of any issues that arise and seek support as appropriate. Escalate any issues in relation to volunteer that pose a reputational, health and safety or
