Full Job Description

Elrha is embarking on an exciting process to shape our organisation for the future by better aligning how we work with our strategic direction and objectives. We are looking for an experienced organisational design and change management consultant(s) to help us achieve our aims by providing guidance and expertise to support the process.

The selected consultant will work closely with our CEO, as well as members of our wider Leadership Group when required, to facilitate discussion that will shape decision making, develop actionable strategies and support positive internal stakeholder engagement. This work is well timed to unite our team around our long-term strategy, commitments, a shared set of values that clearly define who we are, and how we position ourselves in the world.

Objectives

The work focuses on four main deliverables:

  • Delivery of in-person sessions at our staff Away Days - with the aim of equipping our staff with tools and strategies to approach change with resilience and a growth mindset.

  • Project management and facilitation of the organisational design process - providing a clear and documented assessment of proposed changes, and guidance and expertise to Leadership Group to inform the process.

  • Development of a stakeholder engagement plan - which supports effective information sharing and collaboration, and equips staff with the tools to positively engage and interact with the change process and the future vision.

  • Creation of a comprehensive implementation plan - with clear and achievable timelines and responsibilities.


  • The Services for this contract relate to the design and planning phase of the process. Once a final design has been agreed and the corresponding implementation plan prepared, further expert support may be sought during a second phase which will be focused on implementation deliverables and activities.,
  • Proposal Requirements: Submissions must include a detailed approach to achieve the required deliverables, a proposed budget, and examples of relevant past work.
