Cafe Manager

The Café Manager role is responsible for three key areas of the Beacon of Light catering operation; café management, vending and event catering, ensuring effective planning and coordination across these areas, delivering the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

The Foundation of Light is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to fulfil the exciting role of Catering Manager., The ideal candidate has a passion for food, excellent organisational skills, and a proven track record in catering management. They will have a sound knowledge of industry standards, management of stock control, supplier negotiations and café budgets.
