Café Assistant

We are seeking a small number of Cafe Assistants to join our team in providing excellent service in a bustling cafe environment. The role involves assisting with food and drink preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Part time and full time avaialble.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation, serving sandwiches, cakes, hot choices and beverages

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe area

- Serve customers with a friendly and helpful attitude

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

- Operate the EPOS cash and card register and handle transactions accurately

Experience in food preparation techniques and hygiene practices but not essential

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures but not essential

- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
