Full Job Description

As part of our vision to expand our commercial opportunities, including product offerings within the store, the retail team have a new and exciting opportunity for a Buying and Merchandising Assistant to join us. Reporting directly into the Retail and Buying Manager (RBM), the Buying and Merchandising Assistant will be responsible for supporting across an array of administrative and buying tasks.

  • Experience of working as a buying and merchandising assistant or a similar administration role in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Strong knowledge of EPOS and inventory management systems, with a good commercial understanding of high street and cultural retail markets.

  • Experience in processing invoices with a keen attention to detail, recording costs and reporting discrepancies accurately and efficiently, within deadlines.

  • Establish positive relationships with a range of internal colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure commercial targets are achieved.

  • A self-starter, proactive and self-motivated.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

  • Promote and foster a culture of collaborative working and cross-team working.
