Full Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Business System Support Officer to join a friendly, busy, hard-working service to deliver efficient system support and administration to the Housing Service.

We are looking for a customer focused individual with experience of office administration and excellent computer skills. The successful candidate will have the drive and commitment to help with the continued transformation of our successful Housing Service, providing performance monitoring, system maintenance, training, and administration support.

You will need:

  • Experience of Microsoft Office and Office Administration


  • Experience of making decisions and taking responsibility for own actions


  • Two A Levels (or equivalent) or experience in Business Administration/Support


  • Experience of software management would be beneficial (particularly NEC Housing), Disability Confident
