Full Job Description

Operating as an IT Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of technology and capabilities that power our client's business operations, with a focus on patient services and their suite of IT applications, consulting across multiple concurrent project work-streams, at different phases in their lifecycle.

This role will partner with a range of cross-functional stakeholders in Europe, the Middle East, Canada, Australia and the US to deliver industry leading commercial technology capabilities for our client, working closely with internal business partners and technical teams to accomplish their objectives.

  • An experienced IT Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs and solutions to support the launch of commercial pharmaceutical products


  • Experience within a high-growth commercial Biotech with knowledge and understanding of commercial and related functions in the Biotech industry: e.g. Launch and Commercialisation, Patient Services, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics, etc.


  • Proven IT Business Analysis discipline and an extensive analytical toolkit, able to analyse complex business problems and deliver innovative solutions to address them


  • Experience and knowledge of end-to-end IT software development lifecycles, with commercial experience of agile methodologies


  • Experience with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications and their delivery in a GxP environment working with dispersed and global teams


  • Experienced in managing the delivery and performance of third-party vendors (primarily off-shore) with the ability to communicate technical solutions to business partners in a clear and meaningful way.
