Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Leeds Commercial Professional Consultancy teams, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator. • Team finacial support: Wip sheet reconciliation, expenses, invoices, referral support


• Minute taking for weekly team meetings


• Compose correspondence: audio, typing, lettes, memos, desing documents, newsletters


• Answer emails and requests for information


• Maintain teams schedules through diary support, internal.extenral meeting room bookings and conference calls


• Board management meetings, minites and followups


• IT liason: troubleshoot system errors for the team


• Corporate travel arrangments: organising team meetings and conferences, strategy away days etc


• Working collaboratively with the Leeds Business Support network to ensure best practice.
  
  1 year+ experience in similar administrative position


• Property experience ideal but not nesessary


• Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suit
