Full Job Description

You will be working alongside other administrative staff as well as clinical and social care staff. You will be the first telephone contact for clients and professionals in your team and must have a good telephone manner. You should have experience using Microsoft products such as MS Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel. You will be working from a shared email address picking up tasks such as letters, referrals, room bookings as well as updating our patient record system. You will also be required to minute take professional meetings face to face and via MS Teams. Full training will be provided
