Full Job Description

You'll be an integral part our business support team; providing proactive support to our Deals & Restructuring department.

This role is perfect for a confident administration professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to get involved with a diverse range of responsibilities.

What you'll be doing day to day

With two areas of responsibility no two days will be the same.

  • Business Support:

  • + Providing the Partnership with any personal assistance as and when required.
    + Support in team meetings with minute taking.
    + Assistance with preparing presentation slides and reports in accordance with the Firm's brand and risk procedures.
    + Involvement in marketing support activities.
    + Processing expense claims and reconciling statements with the finance team.
    + Facilitate travel and accommodation arrangements.
    + Co-ordinating diaries and meeting management for staff as and when required.

  • Client Engagement and work portfolio management:

  • + Manage the 'Know Your Client' and Anti-Money Laundering clearance processes and reviewing letters of engagement to clients in accordance with brand and risk procedures.
    + Maintenance of client contact and relationship databases.
    + Controlling and monitoring various logs including those covering assignment reviews.
    + Supporting the WIP and billing review processes.

  • Educated to A level (or equivalent) minimum, with grades A-C/5-9 in English and Maths

  • Ideally have experience within a professional services environment.

  • Have excellent IT skills, in particular, an extensive knowledge of MS Office.

  • You'll have strong adaptable communication skills.

  • You'll be proactive, efficient, organised and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and ownership for the delivery of high-quality work is essential.

  • Have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to use own initiative and have problem-solving skills.

  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

  • Be comfortable handling sensitive information in a discrete and confidential manner.
