Business Process Consultant - Utilities / CPG (Manager)

As a Business Process Consultant you will conduct effective analysis to clarify, define or evaluate business problems, opportunities or requirements for change and deliver solutions using the chosen methodology.

• Lead and drive consulting advisory engagements through assessment of business processes using lean, automation and digital transformation levers to optimise business processes and drive efficiencies


• Leverage financial measures, analyse operational impacts to undertake cost and benefit assessment of processes and identify potential improvement areas


• Work consultatively with clients to review business challenges and problems and identify and recommend improvement opportunities


• Drive a consultative approach to interpret results from project components and translate findings into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions., You can pursue innovative career tracks and opportunities here

  Good knowledge of the CPG or Utilities industry with a thorough understanding of at least one business area


• A positive, results-oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done to develop the next generations of leaders


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences ranging from internal teams to senior client stakeholders


• Experience in consulting assignments aimed at reducing turnaround times and streamlining processes across various domains.
