Business Process Consultant - Automation & Transformation - Manager

As a Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering complex enterprise process consulting assessments, creating strong transformation roadmaps, enabling the transition from strategy to execution with focus on increasing effectiveness and efficiency of our client's business and/or unleash new business value creation.

In your first few weeks in this Business Process Consultant role, you can expect to:

• Recognise and determine the business challenge with clients


• Measure the business challenges based on neutral data on its past trend and further development


• Map out stakeholders need for information provision and translate into solutions


• Design business areas (OOOO, CHRO, etc.), build relationships with key stakeholders


• Set an agreement on the solution as well as on how the solution is going to be delivered


• Support or fully drive some of the key client engagements end to end.

• Experience and expertise in the fields of process change and new value stream designs, redesigning large and/or complex operating models or applying digital technology and automation using the most modern technologies (RPA, IPA, ML, AI, GenAI, chatbot) provided by the leading platform providers


• The ability to perform strong business case creation and discussions with key decision makers, define or review their operational excellence strategy and roadmap, and finally the delivery of change generating significant impact on the clients' results.
