Are you passionate about supporting businesses to thrive while making a positive impact on global travel experiences? Your COOP Travel is looking for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Operations Coordinator.

At Your COOP Travel, we are committed to providing excellent customer service, fostering sustainability, and empowering our network of self-employed Personal Travel Agents (PTAs) to succeed. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing operational support and facilitating business development initiatives for our PTAs, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to excel.

As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for all new Personal Travel Agents joining the business

  • Manage the organisation of any PTA events, including roadshows, conferences, supplier educational trips and training sessions including organising venues, management delegates and sponsors and communication

  • Collating homeworker charges each month and work with the commissions team to ensure these are processed correctly onto agent commission invoices

  • Managing the leaver process for any PTAs departing from the business

  • Managing stock, orders and financial reconciliation for the marketing orders portal, Ustore

    Be able to prioritise workload and perform well under pressure

  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Have good numerate and literate skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Travel industry experience is advantageous but not essential
