Full Job Description

Adthena is searching for a Business Development Representative with the ability to generate quality, well-qualified new business leads. You'll need to be very comfortable making cold calls and written introductions up to C-Level. You'll be confident, sharp, and able to articulate complex ideas in a compelling manner.

The position will provide the opportunity to expand software sales skills, work with, learn from outstanding Senior Account Executives and directly contribute to the success of the UK Team.

  • Constant outbound prospecting to potential clients, utilizing internet search and tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce and SalesLoft.

  • Contact, qualify and follow up opportunities, through outbound calls and emails.

  • Engaging prospects in consultative discovery to understand their competitive landscape and intelligence requirements.

  • Take a consultative approach and propose solutions based on the Adthena Value Proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies and user cases.

  • Meet, if not exceed monthly targets and document activity within Salesforce.

    Sales experience is not necessary but 3-6 months accepted, marketing or similar role-related experience, preferably in SaaS (internship experience is counted)

  • Experience identifying, developing, and growing a hobby or skill set over a certain period

  • Must be eager to advance within a sales organization by creating a positive impact both within the role and in the broader organization.

  • You are a problem-solver, an exceptional listener, and a great communicator. You seek out challenges and love to get creative to solve them. You are a competitor and enjoy being in a friendly competitive environment.

  • You have an exceptionally strong desire to bring new customers to Adthena and maximize revenue. You can work closely with other team members to develop and manage a sales pipeline
