Full Job Description
This post is to build membership and loan business, working on a portfolio of projects with our
Deputy CEO including frontline work across Kent & Medway. You are a champion for Wave
Community Bank and can establish and build great relationships with our stakeholders. You have
the determination to reach as many people as possible with WCB's products and services.
Purpose of post
You will work to targets for growth of membership, savings and lending through Workplace Savings
Schemes and our wider community. You will develop partnerships with agencies and charities for
membership growth, lending growth and grant fulfilment. Delivering excellent customer service at
all times via all channels (email, online, phone & face to face) whilst adhering to
regulatory/legislation requirements such as UK GDPR, treating customers fairly & anti-money
laundering.,
- Work closely with our Employer Partners to ensure promotion of our Workplace Savings
- Sign-up new Employer Partners to offer our Workplace Savings Scheme, organise and

- Seek partnership opportunities with agencies and charities in the community and arranging
- Represent WCB at both business and community wide forums, undertaking formal

Requirement Essential Desirable
5 GCSE's including English and Mathematics, A-level or degree educated
Education relevant subjects, or equivalent
2 years' experience in sales Experience of money
Work Experience Experience of building and utilising networks management and advice
Experience of marketing & sales
