Full Job Description

My client are a provider of services to the NHS and are actively looking for their next business development manager to join their team., I am searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their existing team with the aim of creating and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with valued clients and healthcare professionals.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible with developing and winning new clients in line with the clients growth strategy. To be successful in this role you will need to be methodical, organised, and adaptable to changing priorities. You also must have excellent customer services skills. And be able to develop relationships with people quickly.

  • A self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed

  • Diligent and care about the service they deliver to patients and clients

  • The subject matter expert for each of the services that you are engaging with.

  • Able to naturally and quickly build strong and effective working relationships with clients

  • Methodical and organised, someone who takes ownership and pride in the work you deliver

  • Adept at meeting deadlines while working under pressure

  • Confident in your IT skills with the ability to create powerpoint presentations

  • Enthusiastic to learn new skills and develop professionally

  • Target driven

  • Motivated to ensure their clients and candidates receive the best customer service

  • Have a clear understanding of the NHS and Insourcing landscape.


  • The role will be based in London, with a view to being in the office or out meeting clients majority of the week. All employees currently work from home 1 day a week.

    Salary really is dependent on experience, however my client are open to having conversations with seasoned BD professionals with salary expectations between £45k-£60k. There is also a company bonus on offer.
