We are now looking for a new Business Development Manager to join the team and assist in executing our business growth plan.

Whilst a background in construction, property management, plumbing or manufacturing sectors would be helpful, the key to your success in this role is your exemplary drive, work ethic, resilience, and charisma. Working as part of a small but dedicated team, you will play a critical role in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and showcasing how our Taplanes solutions can drive value for their businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record for generating leads, building relationships and closing sales.

Location: Reporting to our Head Office in Harrogate (Office) / Remote
Hours: Full-time

Taplanes is the UK's most-trusted modular shower and bathroom supplier; at the forefront of offsite, prefabricated shower solutions. Based in Yorkshire, we have been in business for over 40 years and operate nationally, with a small number of exports as far afield as Europe, Antarctica and Africa.

Salary: Negotiable, in the region of £29K basic plus uncapped performance-based commission:
