Business development for Non-Profit

We are planing to register as Community Enterprise and we are seeking mentoring to develop a business plan and establish sustainability from either income generation or public funding support.

We are a dynamic organization engaging in ways to emancipate and inform the communities we serve by creating opportunities for individuals and groups in risk of social exclusion.

Our objectives are:

• To inspire artistic expression, support creative talents, and enhance cultural management skills.


• To celebrate and promote a rich, diverse and creative heritage of minority communities and marginalized groups.


• To empower, engage, and unite communities in risk of social exclusion or affected by displacement through supporting creative and artistic productions, capacity building, and shared cultural knowledge


• To promote innovation and creativity for the development of a diverse and open cultural landscape.


In this next phase we seek to be an organization that is continually recognised for their innovative contribution within Arts and Community Heritage.

What are we looking for?

You have soft skills to research and design a strategy for Developing Capacity for our organisation. You have the knowledge and skills to help designing a plan that include a program of activites that focus on Intergenerational and intercultural community engagement and Cohesion.

In Qisetna, we believe that the arts can help us question and imagine new ways of how we can live better together. Art can provide a space for people to meet and learn about others - to connect with those who might seem distant or different.
