Full Job Description

Do you have a proven track record as a sales oriented and customer centric professional? With strong influencing and communication skills? Are you dynamic, tenacious, and enthusiastic? Are you good with decision making and using initiative? If you have answered yes, then we have a new opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join the team based at our Coalville campus.

Working in this role you will be required to increase apprenticeships sales in line with the college recruitment plan to contribute to the achievement of the overall growth targets and achieve agreed KPIs. You will also be required to develop strong employer partnerships that are nurtured to ensure business is retained. You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas to improve processes and increase sales.

The SMB College Group is a highly successful FE college, formed of two merged and reputable colleges - Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. Specialising in land-based, technical, trade and creative arts, we provide an extensive curriculum from Agriculture to Animal Care, Construction to Sport, Hair & Beauty to Care. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby.
