Business Apprentice

As a Business Apprentice, you will engage in a variety of administrative tasks that are vital to our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Departmental Integration: Gain exposure to various departments with specific responsibilities that will be outlined as you transition into each new role, fostering a broad understanding of our operations.


• Efficiently Manage Administrative Tasks: Handle essential office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying to keep our operations running smoothly.


• Data Entry and System Updates: Contribute to data accuracy by inputting and updating information across various systems, ensuring everything is up-to-date.


• Handle Mailing and Distribution: Take charge of incoming and outgoing post, managing the flow of mail to ensure timely distribution and response.
  
  Excellent communication skills, including effective telephone techniques.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).


• A hardworking and friendly attitude.
