Full Job Description

You will develop workflow and case management solutions, carry out day to day support of operational and project teams focusing on the project tools needed to enable users to complete their activities. You will be accountable for conducting detailed As-Is and To-Be analysis to understand the issue and produce solution options with the ability to design new or optimised processes and ways of working. You will maintain the traceability of business requirements to the solution, with the status and ownership communicated to relevant stakeholders. You will also be responsible for testing solutions and ensure they are fit for purpose.

You will collaborate with colleagues inside and outside of the Remediation CoE ensuring that work is delivered on time, to the required quality and aligning to the CoE principles. You will need to be proactive and to develop positive working relationships with your key stakeholders, so things are done in the most efficient way.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our team; The Remediation Centre of Excellence requires an individual that has experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, creating business solutions using Power applications and has an active interest in developing their career in this area. This person will be able to think on their feet, have a growth mindset and have the desire to learn new ways of working.

Then a Business Designer role in the Remediation Centre of Excellence could be the role for you!, As a minimum, you must have:

  • Proven experience using Microsoft Power Applications and / or MS Access to deliver business solutions

  • Experience producing process maps, design documentation and performing gap analysis

  • Excellent insight, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally and see connections between products, processes, change and remediation activities

  • Proven experience of working with stakeholders at various levels including identifying, engaging, managing expectations and communicating with confidence

  • Enthusiasm and a pro-active, collaborative, and professional approach


  • It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience of the requirements lifecycle
