This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the success of the business., Position Overview: The Business Analyst Contractor with Dynamics 365 Experience will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive business transformation.,

• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand business needs, requirements, and processes.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.


• Analyse and map current business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.


• Design and propose solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.


• Work with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.


• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment activities.


• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Dynamics 365.


• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.


• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.


• Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry best practices.
  
  Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.


• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in business process mapping and documentation.


• Experience with system testing, UAT, and change management.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.


• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are preferred.


• Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure.


• Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is advantageous., Business analysis: 3 years (required)
