Business Analyst

You'll be able to work alongside experienced professionals, travel to international sites and develop your skills and knowledge.
We are an industry-leading product inspection manufacturer providing high-quality metal detection services and equipment to clients in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Our mission is to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in the products that our clients produce and we are committed to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth analysis of service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


• Working with the local and global service teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our service delivery.


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.


• Creating dashboards and tools to develop the effectiveness of service initiatives.
  
  We are seeking an undergraduate student pursuing at least a 2.1 grade in Business Studies, Economics or a related degree.


• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• We use various technologies such as MS Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, but the most important skill is a willingness to learn and adapt to new technical challenges.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
