Full Job Description

Daily duties will include the following:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing post for the various departments within the firm

  • Assisting with reception cover which will involve answering telephone enquiries and greeting clients as they come for appointments

  • Generally assisting the various departments and assisting with the smooth running of the Walsall office

  • Ensuring the office is well stocked with various items including stationary and kitchen items

  • Studying alongside working. This will involve attending college once a week for lessons and also completing the necessary coursework

  • Calendar and email inbox management

  • General administrative duties - Copying, Scanning, and Filing

  • Providing occasional cover for our other offices located in Cannock and Sutton Coldfield

  • Supporting the Facilities team and wider operations team

  • Business Administrator Level 3 standard apprenticeship qualification

  • Bi-weekly learning sessions

  • Weekly off the job training

  • Functional skills in maths and English, if required

    Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade C or 4) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade C or 4) Essential
