Full Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls and customer duties

  • Data input on CRM systems

  • Updating and checking processes

  • Supporting admin department where necessary

  • Social media

  • Adding to and managing spreadsheets

  • Filing, scanning & archiving

  • Use of bespoke software

  • Any other general admin duties when requested

  • A 12-month apprenticeship course with 3-month gateway to the End Point Assessment

  • Working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard qualification

  • All study will be based in the workplace

    • 20% off the job training time will be allocated every week
  • Blended learning with online lessons and support from your assigned skills tutor
