Full Job Description

As a Legal Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating client information as required within the internal CRM system and any external systems where appropriate

  • Ensuring the correct documentation is sent to clients/creditors at various points during their onboarding

  • Keeping internal process and reference documentation up to date and organised so the team can access as needed

  • Contacting creditors to obtain vital information

  • Ensuring the system is fully comprehensive with notes so that anybody can pick up the file and know what's going on. This is crucial for our compliance

  • General admin assistance to the team where required


  • The training you will be getting

    The apprentice will work towards achieving a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship qualification. This will be working 4 days per week at the employer's workplace (BL4 7NS) and attending Bolton College (BL3 5BG) one day per week.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for keeping client files up to date on the internal CRM system, supporting the Sales and Legal team. This role will also require you to telephone creditors and discuss the client's case file with them and request vital pieces of information to aid our legal audit process. This role is
