Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard NASMYTH IEC LIMITED

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised apprentice to join our busy team at Nasmyth in Rustington. The right candidate will learn and apply a range of business administration techniques, procedures and regulations whilst completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Working under the experienced guidance of our team you will be:

- Communicating with the vendors via phone and email
- Raising of Live Purchase Orders through the ERP System
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Expediting of Purchase Orders
- Assisting with the management of the approved vendor list
- Attending supplier visits
- Submitting and collating RFQ's
- Arrange collection, receipt of goods and delivery logistics
- Liasing with sales, production.
- Assisting with meeting the Quality, Cost & Delivery targets.
- Support with KPI generation.
- General office administration duties
- Ensure Health & Safety protocols are adhered to

Organised and meticulous, Attention to detail, Good communication skills, Motivated, Can-do attitude, Strong Microsoft Office, Used to a fast-pace, Team Player, Eagerness to learn, Interested in Supply Chain, Interested in manufacturing, GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 9-4) Desired
