Full Job Description

  • Telephony skills - we talk to a lot of people every day!

  • Updating CRM system with candidate details

  • Obtaining and verifying certificates and onboarding compliance

  • Posting job adverts and monitoring responses

  • Assisting our in-house Recruitment Partner with headhunting of candidates, interviewing, pre-screening and qualifying individuals suitability versus a role

  • Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date with vacancies, candidate submissions and application status

  • Minute taking in meetings with Recruitment, Senior Leadership and HR teams

    Excellent written and verbal English - 80% of our day is spent on the phone and 20% is follow up emails/letters which must be professional and grammatically correct

  • Punctual and diligent

  • Confident and professional manner -We do require candidates who are confident in speaking and communicating effectively. The recruitment industry is extremely fast paced with priorities changing regularly, you therefore need to be able to fully communicate.

  • "Can do" attitude

  • An understanding of GDPR, right to work compliance and ISO (desirable but not essential)

  • Must be able to follow set processes/procedures., GCSE or equivalent (Functional skills) English (Grade 4) essential

  • GCSE or equivalent (Functional skills) Maths (Grade 4) essential
