Full Job Description

Working mainly from the Brewery there is scope for working from home once fully trained and hitting required targets.

You will maintain relationships with existing clients and actively search out new customers.

You will be actively supporting our network of wholedsalers throughout the UK using our national database of customers.

This role would ideally suit someone with passion, drive, self-motivation and a desire to succeed.

Our pay structure includes a basic salary plus uncapped commission so earning potential is high.

  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow sales with existing and new customer base to include free of tie customers, wholesale and Pub Companies using our CRM tool Breww.

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers from pre determined call lists and explore new leads to increase our customer base.

  • Answering inbound customers questions and order taking you will be required to upsell and act as receptionist to monitor inbound calls for management.

  • Email customers from your account list in order to sell products and manage your customers credit limits and debt management.

  • Achieve daily and weekly calling and sales targets.

  • Keep records of customer interactions

  • You will be required to deal with off trade customers wishing to purchase product direct from the Brewery.

    Must be flexible and able to work on your own initiative

  • Computer literate and familiar with all Google Workspace

  • 2 years' experience in the micro-brewery industry (Specifically cask ale)

  • A very strong sales back ground

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • The capability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

  • An understanding of working in a target driven environment.

  • Ability to liaise well with others

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail is key

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads

  • Full UK Driving License
