Full Job Description

  • Curate, develop, plan and deliver best in class omni-channel marketing activations by liasing between brand partners, internal stakeholders and external agencies.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop and manager the activations marketing calendar to build key moments that resonate with the END. customer accross all brand touchpoints.

  • Leading a dedicated activations team to deliver successful consumer moments, coaching and developing the team to drive best-in-class activations.

  • Aim to delight, attract, nurture and retain customers by delivering activations on time, within budget and always reflective of END's tone of voice.

  • Forecast key season brand moments and identify strategic brand partnerships and third-party collaborators.

  • Be the lead communicator between creative, retail and marketing teams ensuring all business functions updated regularly to bring projects to life.

  • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of industry contacts. (Brand, agency, supplier and industry peer)

  • Collate and analyse KPI's communicating effectively to compile comprehensive reports presented to higher management and brand partners.

  • Work collaboratively internally to integrate key non-profit partners and local organisations that align with END brand values into campaigns where appropriate., Provides guidance/support for new team members. May coordinate tasks for the team and check on quality and work progress. May act as coach/mentor.

  • Typically resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.

  • Impacts by influencing decisions through advice to others in the area of specialisation. Influencing decisions through responsibility for quality and timeless of end results of their work area, which will eventually impact the overall performance and effectiveness of the department. Develops strong partnerships internally and externally to positively impact the customer.

  • Sound communication and diplomacy skills to enable the exchange of complex information. Able to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.

    Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own role and how this inter-relates with other roles to deliver outputs. Keeps up to date with developments in their technical or professional area of expertise.

  • Accountable for delivering assigned tasks within broader projects. Plans, schedules and monitors work to meet deadlines and other requirements (financial, legislative) Selects the appropriate methods, tools and applications.

  • A good understanding of the department and how it interacts and collaboratives with other departments within the company. Has a thorough understanding of professional area and how it fits within the wider company.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Activations Manager to join END. The successful candidate will report into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and will be an integral support in part of our expanding and highly focused Marketing Team.

    The Brand Marketing Campaigns Manager will play a key role within the Brand Marketing Team leading a highly talented activations team to curate, develop plan and execute strategic best-in-class marketing activations to drive awareness and consideration of END, through partnerships and collaboration, including in-store activation, immerse pop-up experiences, consumer and industry events and digital activations.
