Full Job Description

  • A central team member in the UK Neuroscience team, based in the offices in Maidenhead and reporting to our Neurology Brand Lead

  • Role Objective:

    As the Brand Manager Neurology, you will influence the accelerated growth of our priority Neurology brand by working closely with the in-field team and across functions, while acting as the Brand Team expert to lead insight gathering, brand strategy development and execution of key initiatives and tactics.,
  • Lead development of promotional campaign and input to the strategic Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus

  • Analyse activity metrics to ensure excellent customer experience and development of high value assets

  • Lead the tactical design and implementation of marketing initiatives, to include:

  • + Facilitate data driven decision making
    + Multi-channel initiatives to drive customer engagement
    + Multi-stakeholder initiatives
    + Interactive and customised content
  • Play a pro-active role as member of the Brand Team and share Brand Team priorities with in-field team

  • To plan and execute educational platforms as defined by the brand plan

  • To effectively manage External Expert relationships across the UK

  • To manage agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief and are on time/budget

  • Role modelling AbbVie behaviours

  • Operate within AbbVie Code of Business Conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations. Drive a high standard of compliance with all communications and initiatives

    A University degree in a Life Science subject or equivalent experience

  • Marketing experience within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry
