Full Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager the purpose is to provide administrative assistance to ensure that Brand documentation and activity is accurately, timely updated and maintained. The post holder will manage, organise, update and perform all administrative tasks that support the business' Sales and Marketing activities.,

  • Process and follow-up 'New Product Introduction' Checklists.

  • Compilation & Management of file for all new projects

  • Generate BOM's and Finished Goods Specifications.

  • Process new customer and supplier application forms.

  • Manage artwork approval process from initial receipt to final external and internal approval.

  • Manage the ART files, logging, superseding and generally maintaining.

  • Approve the first off laminates delivered.

  • Monitor and approve artwork charges.

  • Monitor and understand weekly retail analytics - point of sale, mark downs, on time arrivals, UPSPW, weekly store sales, OH Inventory, etc. and highlight discrepancies.

  • Support Brand Manager with collating the forecast figures.

  • Manage NCF items for transitions in supply chain.

  • Monitor Target audit summary.

  • Populate and upload the Amazon new items template.

  • Support the Brand Manager with Amazon administrative tasks as we progress with this retailer.

  • Investigate Target payment reductions and follow up with Agility as necessary.

  • Internal Auditing following training from the QA Manager.


  • Marketing
  • Despatching samples to influencers, press, complaints etc.

  • Managing all Que Bella emails that come through the website.

  • Monitoring, logging, and responding to all customer reaction and quality complaints, across Que Bella website, social media, and all retail platforms.

  • Marketing research and data gathering using Mintel, WGSN and other online platforms

  • Influencer outreach - researching new influencers that fit with the Que Bella brand, and connecting with them to create a new partnership.

  • Liaising with influencers on a regular basis to ensure they have samples, and that content is up to date.

  • Monitoring influencer engagement.

  • Helping to manage and organise content for target.com

  • Social media scheduling using Sprout Social & Later

  • Survey Monkey - Customer Satisfaction Survey

  • Monitoring and maintaining Range Me platform

  • Managing the distribution of Bazaar Voice samples

  • Reconcile Google, Facebook and Amazon ads on a monthly basis, potential.   • Functional Skills in maths and English may be required

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification, Communication skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade C/4) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade C/4) Essential
