Office Angels Staines (rated 4.7 out of 5 on Google) are looking for a Business Manager to join the Staines office.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and has demonstratable entrepreneurial spirit, and a consultative attitude. More importantly this manager needs to be a people's manager, the consultants are successful and will generate the branches success, what we need from you is to provide support and continue the team ethos.

The team

Meet our dynamic duo of Staines, Sylvia and Erin, the powerhouse team behind Office Angels' success. Sylvia heading up our Perms desk, with a strategic vision and Erin, our Candidate Consultant providing expert CV's and stellar service to our candidates and clients alike.

Now they're seeking a visionary Branch Manager to join their ranks, someone that will share their passion and drive and commitment to excellence. If you're someone who is ready to lead with integrity, drive growth, manage a profitable P&L, and inspire the best in your team, then we want YOU!
What you'll be doing

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or Director, you will be responsible for increasing the branches revenue by maintaining and growing Office Angels market share in the area.

  • You will do this by analysing, monitor, and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch. Alongside, reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including profit and loss management.

  • Increasing market share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales and service efforts in the branch.

  • Developing, inspiring, and coaching your branch in the OA way to ensure objectives are achieved.

  • Strong leadership skills, driving your own business and motivating your team to exceed objectives is what will make you ideal for this role.


  • We offer bespoke training from both our senior leaders and other branch managers.

    Are you comfortable looking outside of branch to the wider market for inspiration, solutions, and development?
  • Strategic planning and judgement - this role require quick and efficient thinking and great delegation.
