Full Job Description

We supply & install high performance glazing, timber joinery products and timber frame structures to design professionals

This role gived you the oppourtunity to own and develop the full end to end finacial processes for a Battersea based SME.

Job outline:

l Processing payments, invoices, raising POs, income, bank recs, VAT, receipts, Payroll and PAYE

l Submitting CIS information to HMRC

l Adding pensions to our provider

l Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure

l Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances

l International trade - majority of our payments are in Euros

l Developing monthly financial reports including cash flow forcasting, profit and loss and balance sheets

l Managing employee expense claims

l Helping the Finance Director with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts

l Project reporting;

Setting up new contracts (including; Add customer in QB, raise invoices, create a budget in QB, add to cashflow tracker, add to our internal systems)

Close any completed projects and produce Actual vs Budget report

Liaise with Project Manager

l AAT qualified (desirable)

l Quickbooks online experience (essesntial - this is the system we use)

l Self-motivated

l Flexible,

  • QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred)

    Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract


  • Pay: £18.00 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
