Bids & Tender Coordinator

As a Bids & Tender Coordinator based in Basildon, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing incoming customer enquiries to support the estimating team


• Developing strong customer relationships.


• Negotiating deals with suppliers and proactively seeking sales leads and chasing up sales from quotes provided to customers


• Completing customer questionnaires, sending out environmental data sheets


• Email inbox management


• 
  This role is working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm.
  
  
• Office admin experience ideal


• Good eye for detail


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Proficient with Excel
