Bartender / Server

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you., Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and mix cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings and promotions
- Provide recommendations on food and drink pairings
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Bodega Christchurch, are looking for Experienced and motivated bar team members to join our hard working and enthusiastic team.

The ideal candidate would be highly experienced in the field, have a strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine, be keen to develop there skills and knowledge within the industry and be involved in all aspects of bar service. We like our team to have an input in what we do, from coming up with the products we sell and how we do it, to helping plan and make successful events. A passion for new ideas and a willingness to get involved is a must!

We have full time & part time positions available.
