Full Job Description

  • Create cocktails to exact specs, with speed, precision and efficiency.

  • Serve wine and beer according to correct protocol

  • Take payments, using till and card machines.

  • Deliver drinks to tables when particularly busy.

  • Attend monthly training for new cocktails.

  • When scheduled, follow open and close protocol exactly.

  • Ensure hygiene safety standards are met.

    We are looking for several brilliant cocktail bartenders for our exciting new venue. We need bartenders who can mix up killer cocktails to spec, but who are also reliable, friendly, and eager to learn.


    • Shifts will be available from 6-11pm, plus open and close if scheduled, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You'll be serving experimental and unusual cocktails, along with niche wine and beer, which will change each month according to our Head Mixologist's menu designs. All bartenders will need to attend paid monthly training on new cocktails. Attitude is almost more important than experience - we're happy to train you up, (so long as you have some cocktail bartending experience), if you have the right enthusiasm, attention to detail, trustworthiness and reliability.

  • Some cocktail bartending experience is essential.

  • Familiarity with hygiene safety standards.

  • Approachability and friendliness with people from all walks of life.

  • Aptitude for learning quickly.

  • Efficiency and attention to detail.
