Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team on either a par-time or full-time basis. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, crafting delicious cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and take their drink orders

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication

- Provide recommendations on food and drink pairings

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred

- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes

- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and food safety regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
