Full Job Description
- Production and delivery of coffee/ food in line with the clients brand standards and recipes
- Service delivery consistent with the clients brand standards and ethos
- Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products
- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/vending machines, preparation and public areas
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work
Relevant barista experience - A passion for food and customer service
- IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
We are looking for a Barista with a passion for customer service, who want to give a great experience to our customers as well as a great cup of coffee! - We are offering a salary of £12.00 per hour
