Support Baristas by ensuring they are fully trained and developed
Taking orders and processing payments
Managing ordering and stock control for the barista section
Providing first-class service to all customers
Managing the section and ensuring it always appears clean, sanitized and fully stocked
Following opening and closing procedures

Your Duties

The Locals Chelsea is a small, independent restaurant based in the heart of Central London. Just 10 mins walk away from Sloane Square station or 15 mins from Victoria Station.We are very well known for our brunch menu and artisan coffee. We focus on serving predominantly healthy meals, including a variety of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free recipes to meet the many dietary needs of today's modern diners. Our food is locally sourced and carefully prepared by our team.

Up to £14/h + service charge
Full-time 40 hours per week
Mix of early shifts and late shifts - latest finish 9pm
Flexible rota, can be adapted to your requirements.
