Bar Staff

We are seeking dedicated Bar Staff to join our team at Revolution Huddersfield, we are in need of enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The role involves serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Monitor customer needs and promptly address any issues or requests

- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies

- Adhere to food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards

- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient service

- Complete all assigned training

Proven experience in a hospitality or bar environment is advantageous

- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions

- Knowledge of food safety practices

- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and bartending techniques
