Bar Manager

We currently have Bar Manager roles in a number of our London sites

To support the General and Assistant General Manager in running the team in order to maintain a successful profitable business. The ideal candidate will have proven high volume bar management experience.

You will manage a team of supervisors, bar staff, security, drive standards and sales, you will deputise as AGM in your GM's absence.,

• 
  Operating the bars throughout the site
  
• Delivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted in to profit through tight stock control


• Managing a team whilst driving engagement and personal development


• Working with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event days


• Work within the company budgets relating to drinks, labour & consumables, to provide the standard of service and guest experience required.


• Manage all aspects of the bar service within the premises in order to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, spearhead initiatives, incentives and bonuses tailored to maximise the guest experience.
  
  A proven track record in managing a high volume, large turnover bar operation


• Confident, articulate and highly-motivated


• Well-trained with a good understanding of H&S and due diligence


• Honest, reliable and hard-working


• A high level of personal integrity


• Passionate and proactive


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong people skills


• Able to build strong working relationships with team members and tenants


• An understanding of event production and marketing


• Organised with high attention to detail


• Hold a personal licence


• Have an in depth knowledge of stock taking and epos system
